July 29, 2010 – Bell Harbor International Conference Center – Seattle

The Association for Corporate Growth – Seattle chapter and Chase Bank are pleased to present the Northwest Growth Financing Conference™ on July 29, 2010 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center located on Seattle’s magnificent waterfront.

The conference is the largest of its kind in the Northwest and has become the Northwest’s premier conference for financing the growth of “middle market” companies.

The nation’s credit markets are slowly healing after their unprecedented collapse and the economy appears to be on the mend. The crisis of confidence in financial markets has abated considerably but still lingers on today. To put it in perspective, bank lending dropped at an epic pace in 2009 with commercial and industrial loans posting the sharpest decline in 67 years.

The conference provides “middle market” business owners, their executive leadership team and their professional advisors with an in depth look at the financing options available today as well as the insights needed to successfully navigate today’s rocky financial landscape.

Panels composed of highly experienced industry veterans will discuss the financing options available to “middle market” companies in today’s tight credit market. The highly interactive format generates a lively give and take among the panelists as well as with the audience. There are ample opportunities during the course of the day to network and exchange ideas with panelists and principals from leading investment firms from throughout the nation.

The conference brings to the Northwest the largest group of investment firms to participate in the conference’s signature event, the Middle Market Financing Roundup. Collectively, they have $50 billion of capital under management seeking to invest in “middle market” companies.

Investment professionals from the nation’s leading private equity funds, mezzanine debt and subordinated debt funds, hedge funds, and business development companies participate in the Middle Market Financing Roundup. This unique opportunity to go one_on_one with some of the stellar investors in the United States is not to be missed.

We are most grateful to Chase – Middle Market Banking – Washington for joining with the Association for Corporate Growth – Seattle to present the conference and the sponsors whose support is absolutely essential to the conference:

“Last year’s conference was extremely productive. As a repeat attendee, it was great to catch up with the presenters and other attendees, whom I had met the previous year. Being able to trade stories on successes and tough times with other business leaders made the meeting very interesting. This year, it will be super informative to hear about how companies are coming out of the trough.”
