The sheer number and variety of financing sources, as well as the regulatory environment, has led to a plethora of investment criteria making the process ever more complex and time consuming. To discern the latest trends and developments, our firm maintains a regular dialogue with the key decision makers at institutional investors.
As part of the process of obtaining financing, our firm will review a client’s historical financial information, assess the validity of their projected financial statements and evaluate their business plan in order to ensure there is a reasonable prospect of obtaining the financing sought.
Upon completion of this process, Green Tree Capital will then utilize its proprietary database to identify the institutional investors and/or lenders most likely to provide the financing. We’ll then contact each financing source and assist with negotiations.
Upon acceptance of a formal financing proposal, our firm will work closely with the client’s attorneys, accountants and other professional advisors to complete the negotiation of the final terms of the financing agreement and consummate the transaction.
